Method

 To conduct this research on Samsung, we will use the case study research method. The date that will be used in the process of the research is from the latest Samsung's sustainability report 2017, official website, media report, industry report, and reports from other reliable sources. The data collected will also be used to tell the story of Samsung and sustainability. The data will be analyzed by using Global Reporting Initiative, Integrated reporting guidelines, and the Triple bottom line. The data will also be analyzed to determine in which stage of sustainability Samsung is operating, are they approaching their performance frontier, and how they are doing on other sustainability measures such as life-cycle assessment, their design on sustainable products, lean systems, sustainable supply chain, sustainable innovation, IT investment in their current stage of sustainability maturity. We tried to answer our research questions at the conclusion of our analysis.
